I am Jeffrey Fountaine. I run two separate practices from the Philadelphia area: Independent Operational Diagnostics for enterprise leadership, and Corporate Photojournalism for active industrial sites and boardrooms. They serve different buyers, but they stem from the exact same 30-year discipline: observe ground-truth reality without interference, and tell leadership what is actually going on.
